Orders and Shipping
- How do I find my size for Égal Dancewear?
Please click the Size Guide, which is located on the web page for each individual product.
- Who do I contact if I am having a problem placing my order online?
Please email email@example.com and we will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.
- How do I check my order status?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card.
- Can I cancel or modify my order?
We are able to cancel or modify your order before it leaves the warehouse. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you receive your shipment notification email, the order has left our warehouse and cannot be canceled or modified. (See below for Returns)
- How do I qualify for free shipping?
Orders over $100 (pre sales tax) qualify for free USPS Priority shipping in the continental United States. For orders outside of the continental United States, or for expedited delivery, please contact email@example.com BEFORE placing your order for shipping rates and options.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will leave our warehouse within 1 business day, (not including Saturday, Sunday, or holidays). We use USPS Priority as our standard shipping method with an estimated transportation time of 2-3 business days. For expedited delivery, Égal Dance can ship 2-Day Select or Next Day Air for an additional charge. - What shipping options do you offer?
Standard Shipping using USPS Priority is $10 for orders under $100. Shipping is free for orders over $100 (pre sales tax) within the continental United States.
UPS 2-Day Select: Shipping charge is $25 and order arrives 2 business days after processing.
UPS Next Day Air: Please contact email@example.com for calculated shipping rates.
- Do you offer International Shipping?
Please enter your address at checkout for international shipping rates. If your country is not listed please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
International orders will be fulfilled when all items within order are in-stock and ready for shipment.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
For Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska, Ground Shipping is $25 USD.
Returns and Exchanges
- What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is our first priority. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise for any reason, we are happy to process an exchange/return if: (1) it was purchased within 30 days of the customer’s exchange/return request; (2) the garment(s) being returned have the original labels and hangtag still attached to the garment and is in its original poly bag; and (3) the garment is in “shelf ready” condition meaning it was not worn nor shows any wear and tear.
To begin a return or exchange request, please email email@example.com with the following information: (1) order number; (2) item(s) you want to return/exchange; and (3) whether you would like to make a return or exchange (4) for exchanges, indicate your new size or color choice (please note, exchanges can only be made for the same style garment).
Upon approval, a pre-addressed shipping label will be emailed to you.
Exchanges: Will be shipped back to you via USPS Priority at no additional charge. In the event that we are unable to provide a replacement for an exchange we will automatically refund you and notify you via e-mail.
Returns: Once merchandise is received by the warehouse in “shelf ready” condition, refunds will be issued back in the original form of payment and a $10 shipping and processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Provided the garment(s) are returned in satisfactory condition, it will take 3-5 business days from receipt of your return for the exchange/return to be processed through our system.
All items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack your shipment securely to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
All Sales items are final and not eligible for an exchange, refund, or credit.
For international returns, the customer is responsible for returns shipping charges.
- What if my item(s) arrive damaged or incorrect?
Please take a picture of the item(s) in question and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will review your request and get back to you within 1-3 business days from the receipt of your email request.
- What is your exchange policy?
All exchanges are treated as returns. Please refer to our Return Policy above.
